Purchases are final. Exchanges and credits are accepted until 15 days after item is received. Customers must contact support@shoplasso.com for a Return Authorization number prior to return. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable/eligible for exchange.

In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original or additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Duties for items paid on international shipments are non-refundable. Item must be sent back unused and in the original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Items sent without the original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
